In the image you used to head your article, there are 18 blue rays (interesting…) on the top lid and 12 on the bottom.
Simple reduction to 9 and 6 – doubled – for the east and also the west – the two remaining dualities, conjoined?
The eyeliner is the ouroborus, completed, enclosing the surrender, blood sacrifice and possession (black goo).
I can’t recall what the term is, but I’ve read that, seeing someone’s sclera beneath their iris while the person is in a resting state is indicative of premature death – always sounded like superstition to me. People used to predict it for me.
I don’t know. The only term I can think of would be that Japanese sanpaku stuff that goes into reading of the eyes but there may be other medical type terms for it.

The blue rays are also in different sizes and forms, some are sharp, some are short, i don’t think it’s arbitrary drawn like that
I don’t know why but,when i saw this red eye with blue rays, it came to my mind the union jack flag, i once read that the double cross means the opening of cosmic gates
