After doing a little research, it appears to be the cover of a 2015 album, “The Devil’s Conjuration” by an Italian Occult/Metal band called Void of Sleep. At least, that’s what the description says. A clever photoshop/doctoring of the Washington Freemason image. See the full for yourself…
