Im sorry but one of your red hyperlinks basically said the Soviets managed to completely decipher and understand/ recreate Tesla’s most regarded secrets while The West just dismissed them? When you speak of many “White” Races, you are correct; there has been a gross oversimplification in the terminology used for racial identification in order to further the NW0 agenda. Though I believe what we see is much more than modifying the weather, it has developed into multi-use applications. First, particle beams need particles hence the spray. HARRP has been miniaturized into satellites called Ionospheric heaters. The upper atmosphere is being pushed down allowing control of the jet stream but causes high surface winds everywhere. Plasma clouds are visible and the air has become charged. Its is known that the military has claimed complete weather control by 2025 – I say they are there now. Iraq was in a 3 year drought before the Bushe Jr invasion until Monsanto confiscated their seeds, forced GMO upon them and suddenly the drought was gone.
Are we their test subjects? Are we experiencing an assault in weather warfare? Plausible deniability and national security hide all kinds of nefarious crap.
