Use lard, or tallow/dripping, or any animal fats. Anything but these oils.

We already are eating and drinking poison. The elite are buying up companies and changing ingredients (even in the vitamin supplement area) while also injecting vaccines into our food. Our water contains many harmful chemicals. However, it’s just enough poison to make us sick enough so that we acquire diseases that will make them money.

I’ll just drink tap: Fluoride/chlorine
I’ll just eat meat: drinking and eating the above.
I’ll just eat fish: swimming in the above and then some.

unrefined organic coconut &/or avocado for cooking, because they both have high smoke points; olive oil for eating raw as in dipping sauces, pesto, salad dressing, etc… all 3 are excellent for skin care as well. Always organic.

I normally cook with dairy free butter but I used olive oil on Friday and remembered why I stopped using it. It STINKS! đŸ˜·

Put in salads or mix with balsamic for garlic bread but don’t heat it and it won’t stink

While y’all all want to be so called organic and try to remove all toxins. Just remember…..Chem trails are spraying all over you each day. No where to run…no where to hide. When you think you’re safe…you are not. Why stress. We are all gonna die anyway. Have a great day.
