I call BS on this article. Secondary school is the equivalent of High School and last time I checked there were no 11yr olds.
Don’t listen to the American. Secondary school often starts for 11 year olds at year 7.
In fact, secondary school encompasses both middle and high school, and children starting the first year of secondary are usually 11 years old.
Boys AS OLD as eleven. Boys cease to exist, and become young men, at twelve or thirteen.
