Being a life long “liberal” I am having much difficulty understanding this. Marriage is between 2 adults not three or four. etc. Beyond two adults it becomes a form of concubine. the societal norms and values are not that expansive. In addition I have serious misgivings about men either singly or as couples raising a girl. It invites all sort of confusion . A girl needs a woman to help her on her journey to womanhood. No man is capable of that especially in the early adolescence period. The same goes for women attempting to raise boys into men- it just won’t work
God’s original design of husband wife and children would is perfect but the god of this world has corrupted it.
