Grocery shopping at Kroger

Kroger and others are doing some sneaky crap with pricing and facial recognition

They are sneaky huh! American Grocery Stores are spying on you Take Kroger for example, "They have like alternative profit divisions that are solely focused on monetizing our personal information" 🚨 N

And Walmart has facial recognition at the self scanners so try to use people to scan your items or hide your t zone the best that you can if you don’t want to be entered into it

What do you think?

In the early 80’s I was a 5 year old kid in Kroger with my mother shopping. Mom gave me a quarter and I walked a few feet away to the gumball machine as kids do. After putting the treat in my pocket I was walking back to my mom when I could tell I was being followed by a middle aged White male (remind you this was around the time of the whole Adam Walsh kidnapping panic) When I made my way to my mom he explained to her that he was a Kroger employee and was just making sure I wasn’t stealing. To this day I’m still not sure if he was actually an employee or if he was some chomo on the hunt.

Kroger was the store that wanted to do different pricing for different people. Kroger comes off as this family friendly pro American store and behind the scenes they are anything but. Sort of like our government. They are not your friend.

I just read that Kroger will close tons of stores in America.
Maybe folks started boycotting them to let them know we don’t want their biometrics?
