She is just standing contrapposto, one knee bent and the other straight.

her knees looks like “cut out” , from another picture haha and pasted into this ! Patchwork like picture.
Can’t you see the ‘line’ above left knee ? And skin got different colour below and above, very obvious, and some light effect during making of the photo cannot explain this.
