Well, here’s my story about these facilities:
I saw something like this near Šibenik some 10 years ago, I didn’t know what it was back then, but it looked really strange – I remember wondering what were all those antennas for? It was a strange field full of antennas by the side of the road, behind some wire fence. The antennas looked the same as those in the video. I don’t remember the exact place, but I think it was near a village. Near Vodice perhaps?

Now that I know what this is, I can’t help but wonder: why are there HAARP-looking facilities in my country? It’s just so strange.

We do have weather anomailies sometimes.
The coast gets wildfires in the summer, it mostly happens naturally (I guess) but there are a few people who set the bush ablaze. Mostly it’s by accident, loose glass, you know – the usual.
However, there was a woman who got arrested 10-ish years ago for arson. She used to work at a toll booth and on breaks she would go out into the dry mediterranean bush and set it on fire for fun.
So I don’t know how much these facilities affect the weather because we do have some lunatics here, but there have been other weird things to consider.

Way back in 2013, a woman in Donji Miholjac (a Slavonian town at the border with Hungary) noticed a strange cobweb-like fiber falling from the sky. She managed to get a sample, while the rest disappeared somehow and she managed to send it to a journalist who is famous here for running a show on HRT called Na rubu znanosti (At the edge of science).
The journalist had it analysed in a lab and the researcher there found out that it responds to magnetic fields and that it was some kind of organic polymer composed mostly of carbon, oxygen and nitrogen. The fiber contained clusters of what was found to be iron hydroxide when it was studied under an x-ray. The analysis concluded that the substance was synthetic in origin and likely used for geoengineering.

In the summer of 2020 and 2022 there have been intense hail storms all over Slavonia, so much so that people have become fearful of a cloudy sky. The ice that fell was as large as a fist and the wind tore off the roofs from houses. Crops were torn apart by the wind and ice and the harvest was poor.

Another part of the country (Banija) was struck by an earthquake in December of 2020. There have been a lot of earthquakes recently in Bosnia, probably as a consequence of what happened in Petrinja.
There was a flood in Bosnia a month ago that submerged half of a town and destroyed an illegal quarry that was nearby so rocks covered the whole town. The dome of the mosque there was barely above the surface of the water. Many have died.

Generally, summers have been getting hotter for the last 20 years. In daytime it can reach up to 50C under direct sunlight – on the continent.

Strange things are happening all over the world, even in my small and relatively irrelevant country. Very strange indeed, especially for Croatia – we are a small, dying people (3.8 million living here and that number is dropping rapidly). Who would want to wipe us off the map? We bother none of the greater countries.

Maybe they’re testing stuff there? Also, I think they want to wipe *everyone* off the map.

May God bless and guide you, your loved ones, and all of Croatia!

Many thanks, may God bless you too.

For context: Šibenik and the whole coastline in general are tourist hotspots.
Slavonia and Banija are mostly agricultural regions, Slavonia especially as it is quite flat and has 3 major rivers: Sava, Drava and the Danube. It used to be quite rich in the past because of this, you can often see gold coins on traditional Slavonian clothing. Today it is underdeveloped unfortunately, but it’s better than Lika and Gorski kotar (mountainous regions that were always sparsely populated because it’s quite cold there and very little fertile land). Barely anyone lives there and people mostly live off livestock such as sheep or goats.

It would make sense that agricultural regions are targeted, food is very important. Our farmers have it hard enough because they have to compete with big German brands such as Kaufland and Lidl. Imported food is bizzarely much cheaper than what is grown locally. If someone is messing with the weather, well, our farmers are screwed.
