1) The huge black dong with a c**k ring on it that is the gun clip for the background figure. It also just happens to be positioned so it’s hanging directly between his legs.
2) The “gun” is not what it appears to be in more ways than one. The various parts can be viewed several ways. One is viewed through a lens of sexual perversion,. They are clear depictions of “sex toys” used by fetishists and other deviants for sexual gratification. They also look like things you would only find on grotesque abominations of the deep. The image taken as a whole looks like one of those abominations. It’s also looks like a headless child on it’s knees with legs together and it’s arms splayed out while having something sexual done to it.

5) The occult symbol directly to the left of the black dong. (Yellow 3 pronged fork/trident above an inverted triangle with a line connecting the two).
6) The wardrobe of the foreground character is covered in occult symbols.
7) The huge erect phallus coming out of the foreground figure. (The head is directly under his outstretched hand)
8) The word “RISE” in the crotch area. The phallus , the outstretched hand and the phrase “rise through the ranks” is a depiction of how occultic initiation works. Low rank persons are used by powerful high ranking members in perverse and debased ritualistic ways for sexual gratification and as sacrifices.
