How to answer without answering.
So arrogant. Why, in this modern world, is it so hard to say, “I screwed up. I messed this up badly! Please forgive me. We will get this fixed today.”
I took Mass Comm in college and I focused on Ad & PR. Graduated in 1992. That’s how we were taught to handle bad things that come up for clients or ourselves.
We had to take an ethics class as well though. Do they even teach that anymore?
@cajungirl I graduated in 2016 (a returning adult student!) with a degree in Communication Studies, which used to be called Mass Communication. My studies were rigorous. The work made me a better thinker, researcher, and writer. It raised my consciousness!
But even then, there were SO MANY issues I had with morals and ethics! I’m surprised that I was allowed to graduate magna cum laude! If I was in college now, I’d have been beaten to death by a bunch of trannies and their ivory tower programmers/handlers!
I can’t imagine going to college now.
Zuckerberg tries to explain that facebook is attempting to help the pedophile in the process.
Its like this: you try to help a meth addict by giving him or her one of two choices: A) helpful advice and helpful resources or B) use drug anyway.
Taking that into question: are you helping or enabling?
He also states that the flag might be false positive but I am pretty sure they have the tech to get 95% of it right. Not only that, if it gets flagged, have the author take it up with facebook as child exploitation supersedes someones “art” from being blocked.
