Dozens of ‘phantom’ and ‘cosmic’ UFOs have been detected in the skies over Ukraine. The original scientific paper is linked in the basic article provided here and the methodology is mathematically and scientifically rigirous. Using a variety of physics grade color camera equipment at Meteor observation locations in Central Ukraine, the Ukranian astrophysicists state that they have detected:
“For UAP observations, we used two meteor stations installed in Kyiv and in the Vinarivka village in the south of the Kyiv region. Observations were performed with colour video cameras in the daytime sky. We have developed a special observation technique, for detecting and evaluating UAP characteristics. According to our data, there are two types of UAP, which we conventionally call: (1) Cosmics, and (2) Phantoms. We note that Cosmics are luminous objects, brighter than the background of the sky. We call these ships names of birds (swift,falcon, eagle). Phantoms are dark objects, with contrast from several to about 50 per cent. We present abroad range of UAPs. We see them everywhere. We observe a significant number of objects whose nature is not clear. Flights of single, group and squadrons of the ships were detected, moving at speeds from 3 to 15 degrees per second.”
The speed calculated for these objects exceeds 33,000 Mph (53,000 Kmh) which is more than twice the public record for ICBM, intercontinental ballistic missiles. The pictures in the original report on Page 5 show a congruence with the footage released by the US Military from 2017. This report comes simultaneously with the shooting down of a “weather balloon” over South Carolina while footage shows a high altitude craft that meets the size and characteristics in this paper being shot down over Montana which went unreported by The Media.

These are astronomers and astrophysicists that aren’t part of the club, usually whose job it is to observe high speed meteorites entering Earth’s atmosphere for spectral analysis of chemical composition; difficult and boring boring scientific lab positions.
They are observing electro gravitational craft from multiple sources (See Chapter VII of Monkeys and Scalar Weapons links.) Click on the full report and you’ll see there is a mix of NW0 cosmos spheres and Cigars, NDSAP type “flying hats,” and something else that is a bit akin to the shape of a third day waxing crescent moon which is far more advanced.

This question is a very profound and complex one, that requires a much longer discussion regarding the mechanics of the fractal nature of space and time, the whitehead knot of looping time, and the place of Yeshua as forever freeing us from the interminable cycle of self-destruction brought about at the hands of the Luciferians (by embodying him in his Ba-Ba’al.) Regarding execution and planning, if you review the chapters of the series, you will see that the Luciferians are masters of reptetitive, precise, and insidious control of society through execution and planning. Every detail, from the geographic and years temples and towers are constructed, to the times of terrorist attacks and releases of media, are meticulously planned with a mind-boggling spider’s web of complexity and precision.

You are making an assumption about my thinking pattern which erroneous. It is the knowledge of Good and Evil, dualistic thinkings, which has lead to the fall of man. Instead I follow the commands of Yeshua and YHWH. Yeshua said:

The nitrogen in the air can be distilled to make fertilizer and grow plants which are nourishing, but it can also be used to make TNT for destructive purposes. Both require a knowledge of the True nature of chemistry.
Just because the Luciferians learn chemistry and then hoard the knowledge and use it to make TNT to blow up people’s houses that they want to ki11, doesn’t make chemistry a lie. It means their trees grow rotten fruit because their essence is ILL-luminated and sickened within.

1) I would recommend reading the Fire in the Sky series I put above, it is incredibly informative as to the state of technology, warfare, and geopolitics, despite its dating. Let’s say, theyve been under an inability to do much in the air since the 1970s (hence the lack of a real space program), but have now mastered the use of highly advanced scalar weapons capable of combatting NDSAP and Russian elecrogravitational craft. There is a rule against spooking the herd, so they “pulled” an operation and kept everybody distracted so the herd wouldn’t spook
2) Game of thrones, the wolves kill each other for who gets to own the chicken coop, but theyll always work together to make sure non of the chickens get to leave the coop.
3) I cannot be 100% certain, but the level of provocation is far above what its been. Let’s call it end game, and Montana has a lot of deeply buried secrets, far beyond Nuclear Weapons, that the NW0 is going to view an electrogravitational craft floating over, as a provocaton. Hence the News was used as a warning, that wasn’t heeded.
4) The lines across institutions are not clean. operation paperclip, operation sunrise, and several others guaranteed this after WWII. The German DVD operates now as the intelligence wing of the NDSAP. I’d recommend Michael Shrimpton to get some sense of the DVD (although he is completely unaware of the Luciferian element to geopolitics, he does understand high yield off shore trading and its role in making and breaking billionaires and world economies, and he does understand the level of the German Secret Intelligence services in manipulating world events behind the scenes. I’m not sure I’m understanding your question here:
1. The NW0 would pull an operation over Montana because: those controlling Montana were being instigated by NDSAP actors who were provoking them through a “lookie loo,” provocation. There is a lot there they are protecting, and they don’t want mobile scalar weapons over Montana for a variety of reasons
2. I feel like this was answered as best as it can be here in my previous response.
3. The NDSAP was likely not really investigating anything in Montana, but provoking the NW0 in order to probe their enemy’s new technology’s defense capabilities, and sent a low grade cosmos sphere to a place they knew it would be shot down. Provoke your enemy by incurring into their territory, and see the response. It gives information at the cost of very little and sends a message. Very old war tactic.

Yes, the baloons are literally a “flying circus.” Excellent reference. I have linked previously the public announcement of DNA gold doped latice metamaterials which are capable of bending light around themselves, and thus cloaking. The high speed of these craft and high flight range makes them very, very difficult to detect regardless, and they are often mistaken for SpaceX satelites now.

I’m just looking for truth. I guess 5 years is close enough for recently launched. I also questioned sky lab blowing up, but going back they said 1977. I saw a UFO in 1975 and next day told my teacher. He informed sky lab had flown over. The “official” story on the shuttle Enterprise is it did not have engines or tiles.

I had just seen a video on him from you tube before I stumbled upon you. He shows what he calls sacred geometry. From our measurement of time, from our measurements of distance the same numbers come up. The radius of the sun,the diameter of the sun. The same with the earth and the moon. He also shows how those numbers and measurements show up in the bible. He uses gematria and the numbers are the same as yours.

Randall Carleson is 100% correct in his assertion about the numerics of the Bible, and how a very certain set of numbers are used in relationship to one another in the construction of the universe. He does not fully grasp the depths of this, but he does the overarching concept.
I’m currently working on an academic text and accompanying book on Berashit(h) 1:1 and the Torah’s encoded celestial matrices, which mathematically proves how advanced they truly were: Berashit and the Torah use data compression and secret sharing cryptography based on modular arithmetic and reductions of the solar system, the same as every computer system today. Yet the level of information packing is far greater, as even the data compression rate itself encodes base-10 floating point integer coefficients designed to be reapplied.
The system requires knowledge of not only Hebrew and Mathematics, but world Geography, Celestial Mechanics, Linguistics in several language families, navigational methods, etc.
To give an example: the first word of the Bible is Berashit(h) written as בראשית. The letters themselves are a numerical linguistic encodings:

In this string is contained cube root 24, Pi, the celestial distance to the sun, square root 17, and the number of days difference between the lunar sidereal month and lunar anomolistic month.
To give an easy example: taking the lead digits you get 2.21 and 3.14. That’s the 3 digit approximation of Pi, and it is the number of years for the Lunar pedigree to shift 90 degrees relative to Earths Major axis with the sun. This controls our climate.
The total sun of these numbers is 913. It is 91.3 million miles from the earth to the sun at its closest. Miles themselves are a division of the earth into 4, 6000 unit sections, with then an addition 913 miles to account for the difference between the solar and lunar year+ the distance of the nile from the equator to the Mediterranean. This is (365.242/354.35707) * 24000 = 24762 and then an additional 251 units account for the extra distance of the equator from the mouth of the Nile in lake Victoria (by proportion) making 24913 ancient miles. This seems a little random except it captures the buldge of the earth at the equator due to tidal and centrifugal forces.
The 7th word of the Bible is “Harets,” and it means earth. It’s value is 296. The bulge of the earth is 1/296 from its center.

Most of what is being observed here is not “aliens.” I attached a series above that does a pretty good job of explaining the state of things going on right now, and it is far closer and more insidious that UFO overlords playing nosy mom.
Ok, so it’s aliens, but you need special equipment to see them, and that’s why nobody else sees them except them. Uh huh. It’s not aliens they’re capturing, its electrogravitational craft that travel at very high speeds, with very low albedo (reflectivity of light) and against a backdrop of too man Space X satellites for most people to differentiate.

Maybe they officially kicked off Project Bluebeam. That is where my mind goes.
Project “bluebeam,” has been discussed since the 1980s. It’s a second level psy-op about a psy-op, while they plan to do another psy-op that covers an actual operation. It may seem convoluted, but if you want people to think everything is fake, then tell them theres a super-secret plot they heard about on the internet for decades, so they do nothing in regards.
This is in the same vein as the controlled psy-op of: “Trump’s gonna break the federal reserve, and set up a shadow government to take down the shadow government…” Get people to realize their constitution is being shredded (when its been shredded for a century), and make them think that by shredding it some more now, they can stop the shredding… So that you can actually create a total defacto military facist technocratic state the people don’t comprehend.
