This weird cloud was captured in Turkey before the earthquake hit. SOURCE HERE I’m thinking DARPA or something along those lines.

Actually its a few weeks old, that “cloud”.
HARP
The technology of HAARP is rudimentary compared to the scalar net technology known as Starlink. This cloud is a cause of focused Scakar longitudinal waves being directed towards nudging stress in the area. The cloud is forming around the Electromagnetic transverse waves that are harmonica of the scalar technology.
Russia now openly admits it has a scalar net as well. Picture below, is an excerpt, notice it says “complete coverage of earth,” and IoT the internet of things, which means AI drones, and “Remote Earth Sensing,” a euphemism for real time weather manipulation.

It looks like a… nevermind..
its ultrasonics and that cloud hovering there was shaped by the waves travelling thru it. evidence of geo weaponry
There is a crude anatomical joke to be made here but I’m going to do it.
Wow! Is it real or photoshop? Wow, Haarp for sure regardless, in my country we have extreme anomalies, like for example there was- 16 minus Celsius and next day we had spring like weather just to have a winter few days later again and + PLUS 18 next day!!!! It’s HAARP , I have zero doubts about it. They are so arrogant they think own the earth, the air, and us
We’ve had similar weather here. Worse than in recent years, neither plants nor animals know what to do. One day feels like spring, plants are budding, birds becoming active and the next, we are in a -10*f deep freeze (unheard of for our area). Then back up again.
@AE
I have a question for you…..could you email me:

@Ralphie 225 Just sent.
The cloud was nowhere near where the earthquake hit, however.
