Ask yourself the question why you see news reports like this. Not because they have the tech but because they want you frightened that they have it.
Notice how they don’t show one of their quality masks in action?

Well that’s definitely not the mask of the bearded guy they featured in the thumbnail and video.
Look at what independent masks makers can do. Now imagine what the CIA can do with unlimited budget and a 50 year head start AND occult technology.

The technology goes far, far beyond hard-to-detect wearable synthetic mask disguises. At this point that is Stone Age technology.
Yep..they probably already have some type of shapshifting holographic type tech out these days. And for television, it’s all AI deepfakes as we have seen on multiple fronts.
