Purses etc. could be read by letter of colors, or letter could be shapes made or even full name of item included, or even negative space created by the items shapes. Some are different letters horizontally and vertically and words read horizontal vertical and backwards..
I can see a few more words like prsu/pursue. The letters can flip to others which is interesting. I’m missing a few but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had an address or something to go to see these children. Is there a literal hotel? Maybe that has to do with the 13 part or 3 or 8. Maybe those are the ages. I’m convinced they’re definitely spelling something out with these items.

Maybe that is a little boy. The snake’s tail and the purple bear are both pointing to the child. The snake also has some rainbow toy (something alluding to transgenderism and programing).
What I also noticed are the little white shoes on both sides of the bed and their direction. On the left side the shoe indicates the child goes to bed (not for the nap, for sure); the other shoe on the right side indicates the child is leaving the bed.
There are also eyes in Balenciaga’s logo, right on the pillows.
I think they set this up for a few things they wanted to communicate to the pedos….

There is a second pair of children’s shoes that look like they got thrown off each side of the bed. The white rabbit is an symbol of adrenochrome. The adult shoe looks like it’s dirty, perhaps indicating the act of abduction.
