That is not Shania Twain, not in looks nor voice. Close-ish on the voice, but no cigar. Her sound is extremely easy to closely mimic.
Shania had very distinctive facial markers, much like Christina Aguilera did. Not to mention quirkiness of certain movements, expressions, etc. They are both not the same artists today. I know they’re not the only ones, just ones I find extremely easy to see.
I looked at her pictures and it looks like she got a lot of surgery and Botox and stuff, her face looks different. Stretched a little TOO tight and carved her original face right out like a damn pumpkin, but yah. Seems to be her.

Anton, if you go back to photos and videos of Shania Twain from the start of her career in the 1990s, it might make more sense. Like every other “artist” of the modern/post-modern era, they are programmed to gradually rebel against the moral/ethical standard. They ALL go through a ritual conversion, and Shania is no different than Madonna. If they want the fame, fortune, and “legacy,” they have to submit to the desires of the dark entities who feed on them and their fans.
Not true, rather all celebrities overanalyze and obsess over their attractiveness because it is all that sells of them. Therefore they get plastic surgeries well past what can be deemed to still look normal.
