The banality of evil – Canada sets another terrible precedent (www.dailymail.co.uk)

…or ,,when the state helps you go away with murder,,.

Yes, Canada  tries to break the record once more. In terms of evil!

The other days I came across this disturbing video – students were being asked if they were aware abortions were performed on dogs on a regular basis and if they agreed with such a procedure. They were allowed to see a video with this kind of intervention and they were heartbroken – it was a clear NO. Beautiful students, sensitive, and kind, right? Yet, a moment later, the same beautiful, and sensitive, and kind students were asked if they agreed with human abortions. The answer was a loud and proud YES! ,, puppies are prettier!,,  they said.

When DiCaprio does his best to save tigers, Pamela Anderson, Ryan Reynolds, Brian Adams do their best to protect horses and seals, Ricky Gervais, Miley Cyrus, Betty White, Kristen Bell work  tirelessly to provide a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for pets (not saying animal life doesn.t count), I wonder, just when did exactly  human life began to have so little value?

What do you think?

Just when ? good question. At the very least since the beginning of currently known (as in known in the public domain, ha!) human history, since the ones “at the top” like to plan in advance and do everything intentionally. Canada, UK, Germany, US are some of the worst offenders currently.

dunno if anyone else has noticed but everyone seems to be full of endless compassion for animals these days whereas when it comes to fellow humans theres absolutely no empathy left

You are absolutely right. I stated this in a comment posted here.

We shall not follow that trend. Human life is precious.

Overpopulation. Seven billion is beyond the carrying capacity.

Backto, are you making a joke, or do you believe that our world is overpopulated?
If the latter, what solution would you like to offer for what you perceive as a threat to the Earth?

It amazes me how the exact people who worry about overpopulation exclude themselves from the “problem”. They fantasize about remaining in the select 1 billion-500 million “ideal” number, and it often happens that they are the same who have never heard about or think it’s a mere fabulation that God Himself said “be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth”. (God is not a liar. He is a provider and his promisses, as well as his commands, are real.)
I’ve been also noticing how the same people that are worried about overpopulation seem to miss that the resources do not vanish because we are many, but because they are being systematically destroyed by the very “special” few that are doing their best to bring us down to that number.

A few years ago i was at a customer’s place and the conversation swerved into the Georgia monument calling for depopulation.
One guy there said “yea, the herd needs to be culled”. I looked at him and said “ yea, as long as it’s not you right”?
I did not get the order.
Lol

that is also a quick way to get rid of those unwanted acquaintances that keep popping in at nice in-the-family evenings. I.ve got myself rid of some of them this way. You call them out, they vanish into thin air.Effective!

Not happening in our case, such events are rare. Since the “pandemic” we filtered out a lot of people.

glad to hear that! unfortunately, my house is divided (therefore unwanted people keep visiting). the good thing is I now know how to ,,uninvite,, them.

Hi my friend, I wish I hadn’t read this, but I am not surprised. I want to believe it’s only this generation – millenial, gen Z, both? – who values animal life above human life. Somewhere along the way something went terribly wrong with propaganda / school indoctrination, and we are seeing more and unexpected consequences.

In January there was a train accident in Spain, two trains crashed and as of now, there are 46 casualties. There was a victim appearing on screen, her pregnant sister was with her in one of the trains, she said she was in intensive care, and also asked for help to find their missing dog. Well… the amount of effort put into finding that dog, the news covering the dog was found, the emotion upon their reunion… many people wrote on X that there was too much attention being paid to the dog while ignoring how the pregnant woman or any of the other victims or their families were feeling. No one wished any harm to the animal, but simply stated there was too much emphasis on it while many victims were still being pulled out of the wreckage and their families were simply shattered. A six year old girl lost both her parents, brother and cousin in this tragedy… didn’t receive by far the attention or the simpathy the dog has received.

Now… the answers to those stating these facts were wild… many said they would always save an animal before a fellow human, that they are part of the family; others received death threats (!) from animal lovers, or simply were wished death upon… “I wish you were the one involved / dead in the accident”, etc. Unbelievable. It was shocking to read the amount of hate, death wishes and so on, for simply stating it was frivolous to emphasize on the dog when there were so many casualties and families looking for answers. Many of those who made those threats deleted their accounts due to the backlash. I would like to believe there are more people who value human life above animal one, but, still, what is wrong with so many people? How did we come so far?

Glad to see you again!

I think you just put your finger on it when you called out the public education and the media. How on earth did they come do so much harm to the young generation especially? I believe it has to do with the lack of God – this it is what they have in common. Education plays a huge role, doesn.t it? Where are the religion hours in schools where children and teenagers are taught to do the good, to fear God (the beginning of wisdom), to stay away from the bad because hell is real? the reward is real?…

Children possess something many of the adults no longer have – the easiness and willingness to believe, trust… faith! Family is key – you have nurturing, protective, God fearing family, you have the best start and the chance to continue and improve on this path. That is why we must be aware that their faith can be misdirected towards whatever media and public education are ordered to promote – and it is not God! I think that overall we are witnessing rebellion. The spirit of this world sucks in as many as it can (young, old) and we will soon get to see (if not yet) how tares greatly outnumber the wheat.

I am always checking topics but only interact from time to time, it’s too depressing out here/there.

As if people were not already antagonized by everything: left vs. right, liberal vs. conservative, communist vs. capitalist, you name it, now it’s also animal lovers vs. … what? Those who prioritize human life, as intended by God, above animal one. Crazy times we live in. Many of these issues arised or were amplified due to social media. What a cancer social media has turned humanity into.
