Horror in the desert as 70 piles of cremated human remains are found outside of Las Vegas (www.dailymail.co.uk)

Photos of the horrifying scene showed bone fragments and mineral residue scattered across the dusty landscape, some collected in piles and others strewn among bushes and cacti.

Never ever desired to go anywhere near Las Vegas.
Here’s one more reason to stay away.

For some reason the most iconic cities of the US are also the darkest ones.
New York, Chicago (the murder capital), Houston, Austin, Miami, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Seattle – all profoundly steeped in crime.
Sometimes I am happy I was not born in the US. You guys have it creepy up there.

Well I walk the streets at night alone with zero fear – both in the city and the suburbs. And I live in the vicinity of the second biggest russian city. I’m not afraid of getting shot just because somebody liked my car. Shops around me don’t hide their items behind plexiglass.

But in Moscow, the situation is different – it’s quite scary and dangerous to walk down the street after dark.

Not true though. Moscow has even more cameras everywhere. Many of my relatives live there – zero issues. It’s just fashionable to hate on Russia. There’s even a sub-genre of travel bloggers who walk in various Moscow districts at night to prove a point.

I used to live in a ghetto-like area. The scariest thing that ever happened : I was walking home at night and a massive dude in front of me was constantly looking back at me. That unnerved me greatly. At some point he stopped and my heart dropped to my stomach. But then he asked me if I had some chewing gum to spare. And I had. Lol.

North Americans were taught that Russia “bad” from the time they entered school. All part of the plan for the division, degradation and destruction of the world. Division especially. When you hear Russia Russia Russia is bad being pumped out by the loser politicians in the US (take Hillary Clinton for example) people end up believing it because…why would the media lie?
Such theatre, such lies, we are watching worldwide. A horror/comedy show that is all staged and fake.

I live in Chicagoland, and similarly, it is fashionable to hate on Chicago. I worked happily in Gary, Indiana, and know that it is fashionable to hate on Gary. To reference pop lyrics, “Don’t believe the hype” about Russia or Chicago or Cape Girardeau or anywhere.

I really liked the way NYC was portrayed in the “Suits” series. A modern, cool, inspiring city. But then I started watching Cash Jordan and my opinion about New York changed for the worst.

I think you nailed it on so many levels, Hunter, with this one.
I feel like L.A is such a dark and dangerous city to live in.

Could this be a site for disposing evidence of mob murders? I know that Vegas was ran by mob bosses for some time. Since all the police found were ashes and there were 70 piles of them, it’s possible that this has been going on for some years.

No it is said to be the murdered passengers from 9/11.
