No it does not save lives. No science to back that up.
It’s so sick. I love the spin. It’s gender affirming not mental illness. It’s reproductive health not murder. You cannot change your gender. Period. We can talk about what men and women look like sure, but this idea that if a man puts on a dress and declares I am a woman so they are…well that is insane. There are biological differences no amount of surgery will ever correct.
