They ARE still dangerous. I read about a snipped one sodomizing women with a stick. Also, they are bigger and stronger than most women. Dangerous to have violent criminals in women’s prisons bc most female inmates are not violent offenders.
A lot of inmates have been raped and impregnated by them too.
