If the CDC doesn’t get abolished it may still have its way with this plan.
Trump asked Congress to suspend the Constitution during Operation Warpspeed. I’m not sure that those dictatorial powers have been repealed.
The Constitution does not apply in Admiralty Maritime courts, only applies in Law of the Land courts.
Admiralty Maritime Law is Law of the Sea.
The US was placed on Admiralty Maritime Law decades ago, in essence, suspending the Constitution.
If you use the Constitution to defend yourself in court then you will lose your case, everytime.
