I was at work today (UK) and a member of staff was talking about referring a client to Prevent because he’d used terms like “woke ” Another staff member started talking about incels like it was the same thing – then they all started talking about his politics.
Tiresome is right and this nonsense has spilled out into the real world.
I assume Prevent is some kind of mental health assistance (?). Also, would you mind clarifying whether your colleagues are leftist/LGBT advocates or more conservative? I was a little confused whether you were saying they were “over” all the woke insanity or were in favor of it.
