Released way back in 1983, the covert art features a cross-hair on a tall building (magnified by a scope, possibly weapon) with flames coming out of it as it appears to have been ambushed.
Given all the strange and weird subliminal messages leading up to 9/11 … this one is added to the pile of the compilation of “the revelation of the method”. A massive sacrifice unfolded before our eyes.

I agree for ideology mostly – not specific jarring events. I’ll give you the date appears to have some significance through history but this cover you’re sayibg is referring to a specific incident. Don’t see it I’m afraid.
