I think you actually mean, Audry Hale has a Call of Duty model gun. Or to be more accurate, Audry Hale had a AR15 model rifle which Call of Duty also has.
If you’re trying to insinuate that the rifle in the picture has the same american flag designs as the weapons Audry Hale used, you are again inaccurate. A simple search proves that.

Haven’t played that game since it came out but it seems to have nothing to do with her gun. AR15 are in a few fps. Did it come out on the anniversary of her psychotic episode? Is the manifesto released anywhere?
