Dream advertising is what it sounds like: it’s referring to advertisements being broadcast directly into a sleeping person’s dreams, planting the subliminal seed for that person to have the urge to buy whatever product is being advertised.
Havana syndrome is the colloquial term for a specific set of neurological and physical ailments caused by ELF frequencies. It’s named after a scandal that happened some years ago, when several U.S. dignitaries were staying in a hotel in Havana, Cuba, and were purportedly the targets of such frequencies. They experienced many symptoms such as nausea, confusion, dizziness, rapid heart rate, brain fog, etc. Numerous other guests at the hotel reported the same symptoms, suggesting that it was targeted at the hotel due to the dignitaries’ staying there.
Voice-to-skull is referring to a specific brainwashing technique wherein speech is transmitted via frequencies, directly into a target’s mind, with the intention of making the target believe the voice is part of their natural thought process… Hence why it is a brainwashing technique.

I question they’d come out like this and say. But then where they do make mike drops like this no one in government seems bothered. Suss.
Finally, so good to see another person questioning whether they are capable of the things they claim. I believe they are NOT at all capable of most of the things they claim and that “truthers” claim they are. They have very little true power, but they sure do bluster big. When I found out nuclear weapons are a lie, I realized this. That is one of the biggest scams they use to keep people in line…the power to wipe out the world with a single button. Doesn’t exist.
When they come out with this, it makes me wonder how bad what they’re hiding is.
Also, the more someone becomes brazen about their crimes, it’s a sign that they fear consequences less, which should be alarming.

The fact that these people “in the government” think they even have the right, nevermind the power, to have these types of stupid conversations and keep secrets from people…is insane. They have absolutely no power as a federal government according to the constitution. There is no authority granted to any part of the federal government over any person in this country, and yet the people of this country have let them carry on these absurd meetings and grow their ranks for decades, believing they are “our authorities”. They are not.
We have a pagan government. A pagan government is only intetested in power and employing that power. Power is what grants them the liberty to control. Not using the power negates their control.
