Pretty accurate depiction of what everyone is eating NOW, but you need to add aborted fetal cells (and worse) to that chart 🙁

Fluoride and hormones in the water. The way the testosterone levels have dropped rapidly is creepy.

I saw a statistic that said something like an average 20 year old today has the same testosterone levels a 60 year old in the 90s would have.

It’s very easy to tell though, if you look at old pictures. Men generally looked more masculine even if they weren’t into fitness.

Nowadays, even a lot of the jacked men still give off softboi vibes.

soy bean product might not be that bad, it’s full of nutritions, smearing soy might be a psyop.
God create soy bean, mankind create lies.

Yes, but we shouldn’t be eating gobs of it. It messes with hormones in large quantities and it’s an ingredient in LOTS of processed foods. Plus most of it is GMO nowadays.

Don’t forget to treat any vitamin and mineral deficiencies that could be related.

Great point by Ruth @deficiencies. Proper health is so much more involving than “let me get off x, y, z” and expecting a positive change without considering any secondary/potential new issues arising from the elimination of the first issue. Cause and effect in the physical body occurs from every consumptive decision we take/make (just as every word we speak and thought we think have consequential effects on total well being too).

Not preaching here, just praying and hoping you start your journey back to well being properly and with the correct mindset @Robblu. I’m sincerely encouraged just simply reading your declaration to rid yourself of the poison.

Absolutely!!
Here’s a fantastic resource for getting clean from pharmaceuticals AND correcting deficiencies:
https://thedoctorwithin.com/
He has actual chapters of information on the site, for FREE, documenting the how and why of detoxing, rebuilding health, and unpacking the lies of the pharmaceutical industry over the last century. His writing s snarky and he takes no prisoners–refreshing, if you’re Over It with Talmudic pharma BS.

The detox program is really well thought out; I just finished it. After trying other brands, I plan to stay on the mineral, digestive enzyme and probiotic he sells indefinitely. There’s an absurd quantity in each bottle for the same price you’d pay for 1/4 as much at a local health food store, and it works.

No one’s paying me to say this–I am just so glad to see minerals mentioned here in the comments! I think they made the biggest difference for me.
