They are all deeply programmed so of course they don’t appear like real human beings. Notice how his programmer/handler/”wife” watches him and is leaning into him to make certain that there are no errors.
There is no proof that anything we see on a screen is real considering photoshop, cgi, AI, etc. There is no proof that Biden is even alive anymore. Just bc we see a picture or video of someone who looks like a person does not mean that it is that person. I have read rumors that both Biden and Trump are already dead and that the people we see on screen are impersonators or computer generated or some other kind of deception.
