Only God can decide where your soul goes. Selling your soul for fame and fortune is only allegorical I thought. As in you as an artist are giving up certain rights in order to be successful. Hence it is like selling your soul. The record company now has total ownership of how you are perceived by the public and what content your songs contain but in the end, your eternal soul belongs to no one but the Lord. I’d love to be a fly on the wall during these contract signings and see what lies are being told to these artists. This girl is scared for her life it seems like because someone convinced her that she literally sold her soul. How sad.
I don’t know who she is but she needs prayer, I vehemently pray that God’s mighty hand of providence is upon her and her soul.
Our soul is never ours to begin with anyway and these artist’s are all sadly duped to push an agenda for the entertainment industry, the industry does not care about them one bit, they’re sadly pawns and puppets in this music industry.
God is not bound by those deals. Only one way out and that is through Jesus
