I am a 41 year old mother with an almost 15 year old daughter. I can not imagine being romantically involved with one of her male friends. Even the thought is completely cringe inducing. Sickening. How can these weirdos look at these undeveloped kids in a sexual way? Geez I’d rather have a grown man thank you. What a perv she is messing around with such a young boy.

I can only speak for myself but the age of consent is not a consideration. When I, as a fully developed adult woman, see a 15 year old boy I see a child. They are immature, and undeveloped physically. I realize the pedo predators are actually drawn to these characteristics, but they are suffering from a mental illness. I, who do not suffer from this mental illness, know that a 15 year old boy is not going to be able to offer me what I would need. He could not provide an equal partnership that comes from a healthy adult relationship. Not physically, not mentally, not emotionally. At best it would be some kind of sick mother/son dynamic. When a 40 year old pursues someone 25 years their junior it is not about a partnership. They are looking for a sexual conquest, and someone they can control. It’s gross, it’s predatory.
