My YouTube just showed me a HAARP documentary from 1995! The smug looks on their faces as they “warn” us about it.
I think that what is happening is a combination of divine wrath and man-made weather manipulation (HAARP, DEWs, etc.). Satan is the ape of God, so he instructs his slaves to mimic divine chastisements via technological means – both in order to deceive and to satisfy his perverted pride.
