Also phenoxyethanol is an endrochine disruptor.. if you search for this name in the ingredients list of most beauty and hygiene based products, you will find it is almost always there….

Try drinking pine needle tea, it’s a Gem. You can use any pine as long as it’s a true pine and not a “yew” -some are called pines but are not true pine. Ponderosa is safe and so is lodgepole so ignore the warning from cow misleading studies because you are not a cow and you are not going to eat 40 pounds of bark, needles branches etc. You won’t be drinking 8 gallons of tea per day either, you can’t even drink that much water. Take the older needles vs younger because they have more vit c etc. and chop them into about 4 tsp then throw them into a glass with water that is hot but no longer boiling, wait 4 + minutes stirring here and there and strain, add some honey.

Thank you very much. I don’t know how I would go about picking pine needles, since the growth period for them has passed now, but I could probably buy it locally from someone.
