Normalizing weather modification…they are getting quiet bold. You know, the biggest problem they have if they do come out and say ” we can kind of redirect Typhoons,” then people can blame them if it doesn’t work out. That’s really the only thing holding them back.
This last typhoon last Sunday, a day before it was to make landfall my husband took pictures of a unmarked white aircraft dissipating clouds with a dark puffy smokey chemical in Gamagori, in Aichi Prefecture. Then I read this article, not just shy of a week. The whole time they were prepping the sky for this.. diverting it.

This coupled with the fires in Maui and the possible links to HAARP, causes me to wonder
HAARP could legetimize the Climate Change fraud, making it appear that we need to de-industrialize us by causing these fires, earthquakes, and eruptions. The deep state can’t outright murder us, but they can make it ” appear” as a naturally occurring catastrophic event. They could kill us through artificial famines from their meddling, changing the weather to make drought over cities, making it appear that our pollution is causing the drought. Continuing on the subject of artificially modified weather and famines, hypothetically, having all manufacturing or food production coming from China or a centralized place, setting off large earthquakes or fires and causing a stand still of production. Causing, you guessed it… world wide misery.
Of course they can control the weather. They’ve had this capability for several years now, but we’re only recently seeing more violent & extreme weather…and that’s because they’re pushing their “climate change” green new deal narrative. Look for this to be ramped up to the Nth degree this next couple years. Let me say something else too- when the elites say “we have to reduce carbon footprint,” they’re talking about US. The goyim, cattle, the worthless eaters. We are carbon beings, we leave carbon footprints. The goal is to reduce the U.S. population down to under 65 million by 2025, and the world population down to under 500 million by 2030! That’s a lot of people to kill off. So the way I see it, it’s either us or them…we’re at war. Accept that so we can all move ahead with a counteroffensive!

I’ll close by saying that the Japanese government often uses articles like this to signal to ther countries of recent covert ops. Not just test the public opinion of a controversial topic.
Is that why the recent typhoon that was heading straight for Japan suddenly turned around and went to Korea?
Most likely. We also those high altitude rainbows before the storm as well.
Before the winter storm in Texas I saw Chem trails like this the weekend before it hit. Maybe some kind of manipulation to make the cold air stay around longer.

Yes. Geoengineering has been confirmed by us presidents and abroad. It exists.
Saudi Arabia already made it rain through geoengineering. And yes, they are blaming climate change by manipulating the weather to align with the claim.
And yes, they will cause a famine through this I believe.
