I have three better questions: 1. Why is a grown man riding a bike naked in public? 2. Why is a grown man riding a bike naked in public at an event where children are present? 3. Why isn’t the grown man riding a bike naked in public arrested for public indecency?

He probably wishes he was that naked bike rider….they should put him on a watch list
