Trying to imagine in what circumstances luring a child into your vehicle might have entirely innocuous intent…I suppose, so long as the lurer doesn’t have immediate lurid intent, or doesn’t intend to abuse the child him/herself, they’re fine with him making off with the child for others to abuse? So, lurer = wrong. Procurer = fine.

All those participants with respectable daytime “front” jobs can’t go around making their ties that obvious. Yet.

Wait, whatever happened to kidnapping ? Unlawful imprisonment ? What legitimate reason could any person possibly have to lure a child anywhere at any time ? WTF is wrong with these degenerate legislators. They don’t even pretend to be morally bound to any oath to protect and serve their constituents.
