Yes, that logo never appeared during actual broadcasting. It is a watermark. A vile one at that.
The “T” looking item is the symbol used by the Undertaker. Based on the WWF scratch logo, Kane’s outfit, and the ring, I am guessing this is from the days of the Corporate Ministry storyline. I can’t remember that specific logo, though. I was watching WCW at the time. The WWE has used odd logos in the corner of the screen for years to denote matches as special or to signal that someone different is on commentary.
The M may be Ministry or Mideon (a wrestler). The 4 L is most likely meaning “for life”. Just a guess.
