U.S. government argues that at the time of the experiments, it was immune from prosecution. The law changed in 1982 and the lawyer for the class-action lawsuit argues it should apply retroactively.

im questioning why an article like this would even be on the cbc in the first place

And just imagine what experimental horrors people are going through in their new underground or Antarctica facilities. Maybe even under our cities, they could be anywhere. Every government needs sued and put out of it’s misery. They are all evil and all run by the same families, we need to bleach the earth of evil.
