Check out back to the future and 911 connections. Also bush family and others owning buildings and wanting to revamp then but it would cost more than rebuilding which they weren’t allowed to tear down and rebuild so they took out insurance 1-3 months on a plane hitting the towers and what do you know, they were right! Psychics!
