Yeah there’s totally no collusion at a high level.
You know the main thing I have with these 15 minute cities? In most cities you can already get to these things within 15 minutes.

These are “15 minute prisons”. Plain and simple. You are confined within a 15 minute radius in the name of saving the planet.
I do agree that were are population dense, but who are they to decide for the rest without open discussion?

And, these “smart” cities will have master lock overrides, just like Chinese skyscrapers, so when they declare lockdown, they will be able to quite simply enforce it and there will be no sneaking out.
I may have an overactive imagination, but I watched those videos of Asians crying out and wailing from their apartment towers, begging to be brought food, throwing themselves out the higher windows (did the lower ones open..?) and wondered whether crews swept through the next day, removed the dead and “approved” more needy families to be moved in. Rinse, wash, repeat.
