That picture is hilarious, it looks like the scene from some circus, actually king charlie is a circus clown, i don’t know anything about the other person though but his (or her?) boots look silly af.

I looked about her, she’s a vocalist of the indie rock band Skunk Anansie, she looked normal in the 90s, in some pictures from the past you can even say she’s quite pretty, but of course she started to promote the lgbt stuff and filth like that for some reason and now she looks like some wacky madman.
Her name is skin she does have a nice singing voice just looks a bit orc like but she always has done. Her bands biggest hits were in the 1990s, weak as I am and just because it’s looks good being two of the bigger songs
