On Tate reaching msm success (miriaf.co.uk)

“They provide you with various heroes and alleged saviours (Trump, Musk, Tate, etc), who say the right things and promise to “take down the deep state”, “drain the swamp”, “free the bird” and so on and so forth, because this effectively absolves you from having to do anything yourself. What could little old you with your humble ordinary life possibly do to make a difference, when these Big Daddy heroes are on the scene, using their massive power and influence for good?”

What do you think?

Very good article. The only thing that kind of bothered me was she pointed out Matt Walsh, who is like one of my favorite people, as controlled opposition. I know Ben Shapiro is. It’s just hard to believe that Walsh would be one. I shouldn’t be surprised though. I would like to hear more though, about why the blogger believes Walsh to be one. As for Tate, I have a 22 year old son who loves him. We have talked all about him and he told me “Mom, guys know why they like Andrew Tate.” So I just left it at that. My son is NOT woke, thank God.

I like Matt Walsh and his dry delivery and he’s done too much against the trans agenda to be CO in my opinion – but also he’s on the DW so not taking anything off the table any more – it’s all on there. i cease to be surprised any more. I don’t agree with everything he says though and i do feel he wanders into a Handmaid’s tale territory often. (Apologies for using such a often used trope.)

Tate is entertaining to lads i feel. They’re hearing things they just don’t hear and it’s a novelty and a bit edgy but many know it’s extreme and even more know he’s talking crap most of the time. There are occasions I’ve agreed with him. (I know!) He sounds fine.

I used to love Daily Wire, but I’ve long seen them as largely speaking basic rationality, but laying out small landmines of untruths that readers remain open to, as they’ve established a great deal of warranted trust with most essentially rational, traditionally-minded people. Foundationally they’re pretty solid, so it’s even harder for people to recognize the lies sewn in. It’s pretty clever.

And DeSantis, amongst many.
