Easily a top-50 best anime series of all time in anybody’s list. There are two short seasons, it is beautifully produced, and the English dub is well worth your time.
The kids are literally farmed in a hyper cube. Many many parallels to what truthers say is going on. Much like how the humans in the newest Planet of the Apes trilogy are the Archons, and the apes are actually the humans. Watch this with eyes to see and you’ll be blown away.

I remember watching a synopsis on this and I had been thinking about showing it on here but never got to it. I believe they sacrifice the children as part of a treaty with the demons so they don’t keep creeping up in the physical realm.
There is NO demon.
The Promised Neverland is the name of it? That’s creepy enough.
It’s a great anime, but I highly recommend read the manga because season 2 skipped a lot of important chapters which have a deep meaning.
