I used to do the peace sign all the time. Now I know better. Even if done obliviously, these archetypal symbols are ingrained in our genetic memory. Winking means you’re up to SOMETHING that’s not good. It’s one thing when it is a playful jab with a friend or partner, but quite another when done on the front of a magazine.
