The two older women above symbolize the casual cruelty of ancestral trauma.

The clueless young lady in the hammock appears to be “caught in the moon cycle” (the net, or web) which is enclosed by hearts depicting the Pope/Catholic Church (the Black Nobility); the British Crown; an alchemical symbol (crucible) for Big Pharma; a bag symbolizing Big Money; and Cupid’s Arrow symbolizing the fakeness of romantic love which infects people’s minds and often ruins their lives.
