They literally signed up for this. I guess don’t try to save $25 a year if you want to eat your cake and have it too.

I’ve got a smart meter but it doesn’t have temperature control on it just tells me upto the minute details of usage.

The snowstorm in Texas scenario last year could be coming to anyone using these devices at any time. And it doesn’t matter how well-prepared you think you are if your heat won’t turn on.
