I guess I identify as Hispanic AND black today then. Man, it’s exhausting identifying as so many different things to get what I want these days.
I think that these poor folks are being set up to have their life savings stolen from them. Much like the sub-prime loans of the previous decade, this plan will put people in houses they cannot afford. It will almost ensure defaults and then the banks will swoop in and get these properties for pennies on the dollar.

I live in one of those markets. There are no affordable homes. No $100K, $150K. Hell, no $200K.
They will definitely put these folks in unaffordable homes.
