Yes of course it is! Smart anything is doublespeak for control.
I have read that school shootings are orchestrated to justify turning the schools into prisons. Also, warehouses are allegedly being turned into concentration camps for those who do not comply with the one world government coven.
No need to enforce lockdowns, they just auto-lock your building.

Anything the WEF is pushing is anti human. Schwab and Harari are two of the most vile and disgusting individuals alive today. They are in many ways worse than Hitler, and in many ways more dangerous, due to the fact they have the support of so many influential and powerful people. The idea that these clowns have so much influence is incredibly disturbing. I find it mind boggling to imagine that anyone with a shred of common sense could listen to either one of them for more than a few minutes and not see how sick and twisted their plans and beliefs are. Harari is Schwab’s top advisor; an effeminate pseudo-intellectual misanthropic sodomite, regarded by bill gates and Barack Obama as some kind of prophet or guru. Their endorsement alone speaks volumes to his true intent – The elimination of all of us “useless eaters”, and the realization of immortality in the corrupted flesh for the self proclaimed “elite”. Unfortunately, Harari’s books have been bestsellers for years. Hopefully the world wakes up to their plans before it’s too late.
