Lovely little smoke screen article on VCs work here, the ultimate back handed compliment in most respects. I love how they draw no conclusions or offer any meaningul insights, more or less validating VCs analysis for those with eyes that see.
I got that same smoke screen reaction. Almost a lightly veiled hit peice imo.
Exactly, they couldn’t say anything tangibly against VC. That article wasn’t the dig they thought it would be. It read more like an advertisement.
The word “paranoid” pops out of the page. The brain latches onto a well-placed word like that. Then people can go back to dismissing everything rock stars do.
