Mk ultra victims start to meltdown at 30 and are usually scheduled to be killed. The “famous” ones are not always killed, Britney Spears being a prime example, but instead are re-programmed and continually abused. Shes not acting out, she’s literally breaking apart as her programming and severe abuse comes to the surface and her multiple personalities don’t know what to do with the horror “they’ve” experienced.
