Netflix Sets a New Series During the Plague (www.msn.com)

Netflix once again mines the depths of human trauma to inspire its “entertainment.” This time it’s the medieval chronicle The Decameron set during an outbreak of the plague in Florence. What do you want to bet they break from the wit and romance of the storytelling in the book to focus on the horrors happening outside the villa where it’s set?

What do you think?
