Canadian shows always showed diversity because that is what reflected our society, at least in urban areas. Especially back then it was rare for Americans to have diverse friend groups. When me and my friends visited the US from Toronto we always got stares. US sitcoms were always inane, so is American racism and so is the creator for apologising instead of stating the facts that it reflected typical American friend groups. Not saying you’re dumb if all your friends are the same ethnicity at all, or that there isn’t racism in Canada (thats more clear than ever now) but that it all comes from historical decisions and that should be considered.
Yes Indians in Canada are the majority and very racist. I think I saw 4 white people working very low paid jobs, but the rest stuck up racists Indians in 2 major providences. Next time you visit the USA go somewhere other than Chicago, new York or California and you won’t get as harassed or stared at, as much. There’s less white people everywhere now since the government has targeted any white majority community since the Clintons and shipped in Mexican and blacks to purposely diversify communities causing crime to sky rocket in small towns and of course the weird stares by the new majority called a minority as if* you’re guilty because you’re white.
